Need some thoughts? anything?

The engine probably is not the only thing with 260,000 miles. The transmission, brakes, rear end, front end, suspension, etc. have that many miles. Check it out real good to find out what shape theese parts are in. Also if everything else is good and you get it cheap enough can you rebuild the engine? Or at least replace it with a boneyard power plant? If not see what it cost to have someone do it for you. A 20 year old toyota with that many miles just isn't worth much.
