How can the Vikings expect to win a superbowl if their QB doesn't even practice with them?

They can't. They made a huge mistake by begging Favre to come back and now they have to suffer the consequences. And guess what, the Vikings still haven't won a Superbowl and I don't see it happening anytime soon until the Favre drama is over with. They're almost as hopeless as the Cowboys this season and are simply lucky that the rest of the NFC North teams have their own problems.
