Swollen lymph nodes please help?

My lymph nodes under my jaw are about an inch and a half long and a half an inch thick from my neck, and they are visibly swollen. Ive had a sore throat, woken up with a very nasty, congested taste in my mouth, and a runny nose for about 3 weeks. I've been taking prescribed amoxicillin (idk if that's spelled right) for about 2 weeks, and my throat hasn't changed and my lymph nodes got huge. should i go to a hospital (the doctor i went to was a pediatrician and im 17.)
