Finding a Rabbi for Bat Mitzvah in Israel?

I'm planning to take my daughter to Israel for her Bat Mitzvah next March. I need to find a very reformed Rabbi that will do a "minimalist" ceremony for her - her Hebrew is not great, and because she has some medical issues she can't spend a great deal of time in intensive preparation. Any advise on how to proceed?
