I started Zumba twice a week and going to the gym twice a week, for the last 5 mths. I have decreased my eating to about 1700 calories per day and eating 5-6 small meals. I am trying to do everything I can, but I am not losing any weight. I even did Atkins for 7 days to help boost my ketosis process. I thought maybe my body had hit a place where it just stop losing.. But even after that i only lost about 2 lbs .... What am i doing wrong... I am becoming discouraged
