Engine workers help. Anyone familiar with yamaha blasters engines?

I need help from someone who works on dirt bikes or quads. I have a 2000 250cc Yamaha blaster and it was nice and customized but then someone blew the engine by not shifting. Now it does not run and has been sitting. What could be wrong with it? Please help. Best Answer.
