Is he in love with me?

We have been best friends for almost 2 years and friends for much longer than that. This summer we started to hang out allot and he would kiss me and such. Since then we have only grown closer. He hugs me very tight at night and kisses the back of my head, and even kisses me all over. At night he loves to snuggle with me, and we spend quite a bit of time together. Sometimes he will come up from behind me and hug me and rest his head on mine and kiss my forehead. Also, he really loves talking to my older brother and they get along pretty well. Does he just like me or could he be in love with me?
