Decreased help!!!Plzzzzz read!!!!!!?

Well ever since 6 months ago after a testicle injury it seems like I only *** a little bit.When before I would shoot big loads over the whole computer screen.Well let me fast forward I was playin football with a charger in my pocket 6 months ago and a boy ran full speed into me and pow it hit my left testicle.It didn't hurt right away but a few days later it was a dull heavy ache and had a few hot flashes.So I went to the job corps nurse and she said it was just a contussion and gave me some ibuprofuen and told me to rest and that it would be ok.But 6 months later im still having aches every now and then.So I went to the ER and they gave me some pain pills and a testicular ultrasound and said everything was ok except for a cyst on my left testicle.So I went to a urologist and he took a piss sample and felt around my testicles and said it was just a epi something don't know the word.But he said everything was ok.
