How do I lower a fever of 101?

I had pneumonia according to one doctor, according to another I have bronchitis. Either way, I feel miserable, haven't been able to keep anything down, I'm terribly cold but I just took my temperature and it's 101. I've never really had a high temperature that I can remember and I don't know what to do, I covered myself with blankets and I've put ice in a bag on my forehead to cool it off. The pressure in my head feels like it moves wherever the bag is, but I've been doing this for three hours and my temperature hasn't lessened, hasn't gotten worse. Thank you
