Which do you like better?

Just a curious question,for those who watch ER and House. Which show is better? Though ER has been around for a long time,I like House better. House seems to deal with more real life stuff and shows that not everything can be cured. As arrogant as Hugh Laurie's character is,we need more real life doctors like that.
