Second, I had some strengthens that I need to maintain them through my teaching life. The clearest one is that I had the ability to use good body language and could grade my language to the students’ level. It encouraged students to speak English while communicating with their friends while working. As the aim of the communicative approach is to help students communicate using SL. The other good thing I did is that I reinforced the students who finish the task by praises and stars. As Skinner said, students learn through reinforcement.
