Which Sunblock will be good?

3 years back i was fair like korean people, but now i lost my fairness from my face as well as from my hands. I am Men, i want to know which sunblock will be good for me, will Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock Lotion( i m not sure whether i can apply in my whole body along with my face) will be good or another sunblock called Bull Frog Superblock Sunblock Lotion( this i can apply in my whole body). And which level of SPF will be good 45 or 35.Another thing is from last 1 and a half years many pimples have seen in my face. Now my face also very Oily. please also suggest if u know any sunblock better than this. It will be better if profession like dermatologist or experienced person answer this.
