Pokemon Soul Silver Event Shiny Raikou for trade?

I don't mind trading you 1 of my Shiny Raikou but Shiny Raikou is available on Nintendo Wi-Fi starting on February 7. Nintendo of Europe announced the Wi-Fi event for all of their games and their English server that they use for Wi-Fi events is the same server that Nintendo of America uses for English Wi-Fi events.
