How to get rid of wasps? and other things related to that?

if it is really far away from the ground why not just leave it alone.. they will only attack if you are near the nest and unless you are installing gutters they are harmless...very beneficial insects to have around. They are constantly catching caterpillars and spiders to feed their babies.
