How to filter a baby's breathing when there is excessive dust in the air?

I'm pretty sure they make little face masks for babies too... ask at your local pharmacy or something. I'm really not convinced of the value of just a piece of 'cloth'. The baby would likely push it away unless you tightened it enough that she can't, but, then you'd have to worry about if she could still inhale enough air.
