Dull ache/discomfort in lower abdominal left? not period...?

im having a dull ache its not really painful , but uncomfortable ? its kind off like period cramp but less painfull ? i know its not my period ,please someone tell me what it is ? it keeps me up at night sometimes, by the way im a 16 yo girl and my period has awalys been regular.
