Does tattoo cover-up work for wrestlers?

I'm going to be debuting a new masked wrestler gimmick at an indy show, and I don't want people to recognize me by my distinguishable arm tattoos. I've wrestled in the area for a while now, and my tattoos were completely visible. I would like to know if cover-up would keep my tattoos hidden during a match, or would it run off due to sweating.
