Can Anyone solve this problem?

If only one person can be telling the truth and if you ume Hugh is telling the truth (that he didn't do it), Dan is lying. But if Dan is lying, Sally would be telling the truth. Since 2 people can't be telling the truth, the umption is wrong and Hugh was lying. If Hugh WAS lying, then Dan is the only one telling the truth. In other words- Hugh did it :)
