okay, i want a good CREAMY eye pencil. i want something almost exactly lke urban decay's 24/7 eye pencil stuff. i want it to be cheap like under 10 bucks. pleasee. thanks. ohh and where canu find it? like target would be aweesomee or like an easy store to go to. no stores like ultaaa. or stuff like that. thanks soooo much!!!
